Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor engineers; drive engineering culture and standards.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design high-availability, secure, zero-downtime systems.
• Own backend direction and roadmap with long-term maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and incident mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend dev exp; 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong TS, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• DB design, modeling, and query optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
• Cloud infra (AWS preferred), containers, CI/CD, IaC.
• Event-driven arch, Kafka a bonus; AI tools in dev.
