Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong engineering practices and continuous
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TS/Node.js.
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction and roadmap; balance delivery with maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, incident mgmt, and perf optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development, 4+ in a leadership role.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS/Express.js experience.
• Proven design/build of scalable APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational DB knowledge, data modeling, query optimization.
• Cloud infra, preferably AWS; containerization, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Event-driven architectures, messaging, async processing; Kafka a plus.
