🎯 Requirements

6+ years backend dev experience, 4+ in leadership
TypeScript, Node.js; NestJS or Express.js
Designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling
AWS cloud, containers, CI/CD, IaC
Event-driven architectures; Kafka is a plus
