📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while establishing strong engineering practices
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams to define and deliver scalable technical
• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern
• Design systems for high availability, performance, security, scalability, and zero-downtime
• Own backend technical direction and roadmap decisions, balancing immediate delivery with long-term

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging; Kafka is a plus.
