Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong engineering practices and a culture of
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions aligned with business
• Architect and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design systems for high availability, performance, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction and roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, incident management, and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development, including 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS/Express.js experience.
• Proven design and maintenance of scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and query optimization.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (preferably AWS), with containers, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus.
