Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers; establish practices and standards
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable solutions
• Architect and maintain backend services/APIs with TypeScript/Node.js
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, scalability
• Own backend direction and roadmap; balance delivery with maintainability
• Improve reliability with testing, monitoring, observability, incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in backend, 4+ in leadership
• TypeScript, Node.js; NestJS or Express.js
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Strong DB knowledge; data modeling and optimization
• Cloud infra (AWS), containers, CI/CD, IaC
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus
