📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps to define scalable solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, scalability, zero-downtime.
• Own backend direction and roadmap balancing delivery with maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development; 4+ years in leadership.
• TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational databases; data modeling and optimization.
• Cloud infra (AWS), containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code.
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka is a plus.
