Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong engineering practices.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design systems for high availability, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction and roadmap balancing delivery and maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and performance tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend experience; at least 4 years in leadership.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational databases; data modeling and query optimization.
• Cloud infra (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD, IaC.
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus.
