📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong practices.

• Architect backend services with TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks.
• Design systems for high availability, security, and zero-downtime.
• Own backend direction, roadmap, and long-term maintainability.
• Improve reliability with testing, monitoring, observability, and perf.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend experience; 4+ in leadership roles.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Proven scalable APIs and distributed systems experience.
• Relational and non-relational databases, modeling, optimization.
• AWS, containers, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka a plus.
