Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while establishing strong engineering practices
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams to define and deliver scalable technical
• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern
• Design systems for high availability, strong performance, security, scalability, and zero-downtime
• Own backend technical direction and roadmap decisions for long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, incident management, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development experience, 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js.
• Experience designing, building, maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging, asynchronous processing; Kafka is a plus.
