Technical Learning Manager

📋 Description

• Own Lyft's technical learning portfolio strategy and execution.
• Manage mid-cycle programs with stakeholders; ensure continuity and quality.
• Editorial oversight for internal technical content, including the Tech Blog.
• Assess current programs and align with engineer needs and business priorities.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences that empower technologists to excel.
• Embed AI upskilling in all programs (LLM education, AI productivity).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in L&D or technical program management with cross-functional ownership.
• Designing/delivering tech learning; comfortable with code samples and GitHub workflows.
• Strong program management across multiple programs; milestones, risks, and ambiguity.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/ML learning content, technical enablement, or developer education.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Codecademy, Docebo, Udemy) and managing compliance training.
