📋 Description

• Identify key stakeholders at national/local levels and define roles.
• Schedule calls/meetings with actors and partners.
• Organize travel logistics for the design consultant.
• Travel to target locations and hold meetings.
• Provide translation and interpretation support as needed.
• Input on current efforts and learnings from prior initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of the human rights landscape in critical minerals/extractive industries in the Philippines
• Relationships with key stakeholders in the Philippines addressing labor and human rights issues
• Experience liaising with government, private sector and civil society
• Ability to manage time and resources and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in consolidating and analyzing data and writing reports
• Fluency in English and Filipino/Tagalog
