Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams
Collaborate with Product, Architects, QA, and stakeholders to align delivery with goals
Track progress and report metrics to leadership
Ensure SDLC adherence and engineering best practices
Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical scalability

🎯 Requirements

12+ years industry experience and 4+ years as Technical Manager
Strong experience with TypeScript, Go-Lang, PHP, React, NodeJS
Experience building SaaS apps on AWS (S3, EKS, RDS, EC2)
Familiarity with Docker
Experience with CI/CD tooling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
