Ensure compliance with certification requirements, scheme rules, and internal procedures.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to auditors for impartiality and consistency.
Develop and continually improve standards and certification processes.
Balance hands-on activities with strategic input to shape program credibility and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Knowledge of quality standards and conformity assessment principles.
Experience in certification bodies or standards development is a plus.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel
Knowledge of Informed standards is desirable.
