Technical Manager (INFORMED Certification Programs)

📋 Description

• Lead technical and operational oversight of certification activities for Informed programs
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to auditors to ensure impartiality, competence, and
• Develop and continually improve standards and certification procedures in line with accreditation
• Balance hands-on activities (audit oversight, report review, certification decisions) with
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regional/global environments to ensure
• Communicate effectively to facilitate achievement of business objectives and maintain program

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of quality standards and conformity assessment
• Experience in industries applying standards in certification bodies and/or standards
• Knowledge of Informed standards and GMP-related quality frameworks; strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
