Technical Manager, Product Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor decision scientists across Publishers, Clients, and Data.
• Partner with Product leads to define, prioritize, and measure initiatives.
• Oversee analytics projects from questions to actionable recommendations.
• Champion measurement and experimentation; coach KPI and A/B testing.
• Guide deep dives on user journeys and funnels to surface hypotheses.
• Use Databricks, Airflow, GitHub, Python, Looker, Claude for insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Product Analytics or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years directly managing a team of ICs.
• Expert SQL for large-scale data; Python or R for manipulation.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Airflow, GitHub, Looker; Claude Enterprise.
• Measurement/instrumentation experience with KPI frameworks and A/B testing.
• Player-coach mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
