Technical Manager (Regression Manager: 2G/4G/5G Radio Products)

📋 Description

• Technically lead and mentor the Regression team on test design, debugging and automation.
• Derive functional and system-level scenarios from the roadmap, own the test plans and strategy, and
• Build and maintain Python automation frameworks (Pytest/Unittest), including instrument drivers and
• Automate Radio Conformance Test (RCT) and E2E scenarios, integrated with CI/CD and Kubernetes-based
• Apply AI/ML to test generation, log analysis, failure triage and anomaly detection.
• Execute 3GPP RCT and characterize RF subsystems (PA, LNA, filters, CFR, DPD) using Keysight or

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in wireless/radio validation; has led or mentored 6+ engineers and owned a complex test
• Strong Python and shell, working C/C++; solid MAC/PHY knowledge of O-RAN, LTE or 5G.
• Expertise automating Keysight or R&S RF equipment, and RCT/E2E scenarios.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, and practical experience using AI in testing workflows (must-have).
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Electronics / Telecommunications or relevant field.
