Technical Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support end-user experience of Roku platform and The Roku Channel.
• Triage and resolve issues in advertising, live feeds, and content pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Content Ops, Live Ops, and Advertising.
• Own escalation paths and SLA frameworks for incidents.
• Develop automation and tooling to scale operations.
• Monitor ad services, CDN infrastructure, and related systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant technical experience in video or related tech.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with engineering and business teams.
• Ability to resolve problems independently and follow escalation procedures.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
