Technical Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide L2 support across applications, services and infrastructure used by our engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and coordinate with development teams on incidents.
• Develop and maintain support workflows, monitoring plans, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and software engineers to resolve service events and improve stability.
• Participate in rotating shift coverage to support multiple time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing L2 support in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; proactive in root-cause analysis.
• Software development experience, especially Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams.
• English proficiency required; nice-to-have Spanish or Portuguese.
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud, Linux administration; PostgreSQL, Terraform, and
