Technical Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own technical operations projects from problem identification through implementation, adoption
• Translate business problems and desired outcomes into practical systems, workflows, automations
• Migrate and standardize meeting-booking and website form processes using HubSpot
• Architect HubSpot segmentation and CRM structures for clear and scalable data models
• Connect platforms such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Merchant Center with AI tools to automate
• Identify and automate repetitive processes across client account management, sales, partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and implementing operational systems, workflows, automations
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot beyond basic administration
• Ability to identify a business problem, determine what should be built, and independently turn the
• Practical experience writing, modifying, debugging, or working with real code; AI-assisted
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, tools, or automations in production
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities
