Technical Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own operational excellence across the PDE SDLC from ideation to post-launch.
• Lead tool strategy across ProductBoard, Jira, Amplitude, Jellyfish, Confluence, Zendesk.
• Drive adoption of new processes; partner with PDE leadership to shape operations.
• Hands-on daily tooling, resolve data issues, automate workflows, influence ops narrative.
• Independent contributor managing systems, tools, and processes at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic tool ownership with ProductBoard and Jira; evaluate, integrate, govern, and optimize tools.
• SDLC data integrity: strong understanding of data flows across artifacts.
• Operationalization: scalable automated workflows and SOPs.
• Strategic partnership: partner with senior leadership and translate findings into recommendations.
• Automation and technical appetite: scripting; Python/JavaScript; Claude Code or AI tooling valued.
• Amplitude and product metrics: establish analytics tooling for launches and tracking.
