Highest escalation point for critical APM incidents.
Troubleshoot complex transaction failures (auth declines, settlements, callbacks, and routing).
Real-time analysis using logging/monitoring tools (Kibana, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk) to diagnose anomalies.
Coordinate incident resolution with Engineering and DevOps for swift mitigation.
Lead post-incident RCA and present findings to Product and Engineering teams.
Act as primary technical contact with APM providers and acquirers.

🎯 Requirements

Payment Systems: deep knowledge of APM workflows and regional rules.
APIs & Data: REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication protocols.
Monitoring & Logging: Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, ELK Stack, Splunk.
Data Analysis: strong SQL for transactional data.
Coding: read and debug Python, Node.js, Java.
Infrastructure & AI: microservices, AWS/GCP, CI/CD; AI tools interest.
