Technical Oversight - Post Closing

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of closed loans to investors and purchasers.
• Build and maintain investor delivery checklists and suspense controls.
• Lead offshore post-closing and delivery teams for accuracy and timeliness.
• Track purchase timelines, days-to-cash, and aging inventory.
• Manage investor suspense, rebuttals, and documentation through final purchase.
• Escalate delivery disputes and partner with legal/compliance as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of post-closing and investor delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing delivery, suspense, and rebuttals across investors.
• Prior role as escalation point for delayed purchases, delivery disputes, or investor exceptions.
• Experience designing or rebuilding post-closing workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of LOS platforms and investor delivery portals.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on delivery performance metrics and cash timing.
