Technical Oversight - Processing

📋 Description

• Act as operational contact for originating customers; own issue resolution
• Guide customers through the loan lifecycle with clear timelines and next steps
• Own loan health end-to-end; identify blockers and coordinate across teams
• Proactively manage customer expectations to reduce escalations
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, product, and engineering to improve workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years mortgage industry exp in processing or underwriting
• Direct experience from application through closing
• Mortgage disclosures exp: LEs and CDs; TRID timing
• Ability to sanity-check loan structure (LTV, eligibility)
• Escalation point for brokers, borrowers, or loan officers
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; strong communication
