📋 Description

• Provide cross-functional support with high attention to detail.
• Research, analyze, and document findings.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to other team members.
• Ensure partners receive maximum value from ConnectWise and support renewals.
• Propose solutions and map ConnectWise features to partner needs.
• Travel to partner locations and IT Nation events; build scalable playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 6+ years relevant SaaS or partner management experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Subject matter expert in IT Service Provider market and industry standards.
• Ability to adapt to new technology/processes; strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
