📋 Description

• Platform Administration: Execute end-to-end technical platform management, taxonomy, user
• Operationalize Content Strategy & Governance: Enforce governed content architecture, metadata
• Optimize Search & In-Flow Delivery: Monitor and configure search algorithms, AI prompt
• Drive Platform Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on platform health, content
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Global Enablement, GTM Ops, Sales Leadership, Product
• Support AI-Enabled Content Delivery: Maintain metadata, structure, and permissions for AI

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in enablement technology administration, revenue operations, or sales
• Hands-on administrative expertise with revenue enablement content or learning platforms; experience
• Understanding of knowledge management architectures and content lifecycle governance.
• Competency in leveraging platform analytics and usage data to identify content gaps, measure
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with agility, self-motivation, and ability to navigate change.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration with competing
