Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with clinical ops teams to identify and collect Rose use case requirements.
• Prioritize use cases, features, and enhancements by impact and feasibility.
• Own Rose use cases from requirements to deployment with timelines and milestones.
• Communicate priorities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and inform the roadmap.
• Ensure use cases comply with HIPAA, CMS, URAC, DiME, and state requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Prioritize initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes in a cross-functional setting.
• Stand up a complex product from development to implementation and lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform roadmap decisions.
• Proficient with Python and SQL; query data; work with data/engineers.
• Execute in real time when plans go sideways; calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present trade-offs to leadership.
