Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and refine JLV Product Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.
• Meet with clinicians, business owners, and end users to gather needs.
• Represent the product in VA interoperability discussions.
• Maintain, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog aligned to roadmap.
• Apply WSJF prioritization across business, technical, and architecture partners.
• Present product vision and milestones during PI Planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; or 10 years IT/software PM experience.
• 15 years IT/software product management with strategy, roadmaps, backlog, and delivery.
• Hands-on Agile/SAFe SDLC experience; strong prioritization and stakeholder comms.
• Proficiency with Jira (epics/stories), MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Analytical, detail oriented; delivers high-quality artifacts.
• Understanding VA Healthcare IT products and interoperability environments.
