Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for streaming and event-driven systems
• Translate Kafka, microservices, and cloud infra into clear product requirements
• Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog by technical complexity and business value
• Define success metrics for high-throughput data products and track them post launch
• Run discovery with technical and business stakeholders to identify high-impact work
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria engineers can build against

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on platforms with real technical depth
• Working familiarity with event-driven architecture and streaming systems like Kafka
• Comfortable talking through microservices, system design, and AWS with an engineering team
• Some exposure to Python products, whether you've written code yourself or worked closely with those who have
• Experience running agile ceremonies and owning a backlog with clear accountability for outcomes
• Bachelor's degree required
