Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations (Workday focus).
• Bridge architecture with customer outcomes; dive into API docs and launches.
• Lead lifecycle from concept to GA for Workday integrations.
• Track metrics and KPIs to optimize integration performance.
• Collaborate across teams to enable successful deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Technical Product Manager or related roles.
• Proven track record shipping API products or integration platforms in HR/HCM.
• REST, SOAP, webhooks, SFTP, and event-driven architectures.
• Workday ecosystem familiarity: WWS, Studio, EIB.
• OAuth 2.0, SAML, JSON/XML payloads.
• Bonus: experience with other HCM/ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, Greenhouse).
