Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the technical product roadmap for the AltaForge platform
• Make trade-offs between models, performance, and cost
• Determine what becomes a shared library and what stays a one-off
• Integrate observability into every solution
• Vet technical products and frameworks by building quick spikes with AI tools
• Identify trends in agentic programming and inform the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer with real systems shipped and maintained
• Managed products from a technical perspective
• Worked with agentic systems and LLM applications
• Experience in observability, developer tooling, or platform work where users are developers
• Uses AI tooling daily (Claude, agents, Claude Code)
• Has made technology choices and learned from consequences
