Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of integrations product area, REST API and connectors.
• Travel to customers across Germany to implement and support connectors.
• Elicit integration requirements and prioritize by impact and effort.
• Translate requirements into clear, well-scoped tickets for engineers.
• Review API documentation and test endpoints to validate capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, CS, and Sales to minimize friction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/platforms.
• Hands-on APIs and integrations; know REST APIs and validate endpoints with Postman.
• Strong customer-facing skills; elicit requirements and earn trust.
• Translate real-world integration needs into prioritized, well-scoped tickets for engineers.
• Analytical thinker with pragmatic problem-solving.
• Native German and fluent English; travel regularly within Germany.
