Technical Product Manager, Core Platform

📋 Description

• Contribute to roadmap for core platform services: APIs, data infra, identity, and integrations.
• Translate platform strategy into clear requirements and measurable success criteria.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog, refine requirements, and support sprint delivery.
• Ensure platform capabilities align with scalability, security, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with product teams across Caseware to identify shared needs and integrations.
• Drive technical product management best practices and enable platform innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or technical product ownership in SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, events, and cloud architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable requirements and user value.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• Experience with microservices, API management, or developer platforms is a plus.
