Technical Product Manager, Developer Experience (SDK)

📋 Description

• Drive Developer Adoption: Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across
• Champion Developer Experience (DX): Deliver world-class documentation, quick-start guides, and
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work closely with Engineering and PM teams to align SDK with
• Gather Developer Insights: Engage with customers, partner engineers, and open-source community to
• Evangelize the Product: Write technical blog posts, create content highlighting SDK capabilities
• Execute the Vision: Manage product lifecycle, maintain backlog, define success metrics, prioritize

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Technical Fluency & Engineering Roots: hands-on experience building software
• Identity Domain Expertise: solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO/WebAuthn
• Strong Developer Empathy: keen product sense for clean code and developer ergonomics
• AI-Native Development Experience: experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude
• Exception Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills
