Technical Product Manager, Energy Storage

📋 Description

• Own and scale the BESS proposal-to-operation toolchain to deployed MW.
• Co-optimize battery sizing, market participation, and revenue stacking.
• Build with AI: extend agent workflows across discovery to delivery.
• Act as PM and engineer: spec, prototype, validate with customers.
• Partner with Sales, Energy Markets, Partnerships, and customers to ship features.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in product mgmt, technical program mgmt, or related roles
• Direct battery storage experience as engineer/PM/developer; co-optimization knowledge
• Hands-on with AI agents and AI-enabled workflows
• Builder instincts: prototyping, AI-driven delivery, shipping
• Strong written communication: PRD, briefs, or strategy memos
• Comfortable with ambiguity; data-driven decisions with engineers
• Hands-on BESS procurement, project development, or system integration
• Familiarity with wholesale market mechanics and interconnection (ERCOT, CAISO, PJM, NYISO)
