Technical Product Manager for Data

📋 Description

• Lead a distributed data engineering team; plan sprints and growth.
• Own ingestion roadmap; translate needs into pipeline work.
• Deliver clean BigQuery datasets; enforce zone model and data quality.
• Drive engineering practices: CI/CD, IaC, and architecture decisions.
• Operate the platform: observability, incidents, SLAs, and cost governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/analytics engineering with team leadership.
• Proven delivery on Google Cloud: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Airflow.
• ELT/ETL design; multi-zone lake/warehouse; OBT modeling.
• Hands-on ingestion from SAP, Salesforce, Workday and REST APIs.
• Product/roadmap chops: backlog mgmt, prioritization; Jira/Confluence.
• SQL mastery; comfortable with Python pipelines; Git-based CI/CD.
