Technical Product Manager - Sonar

📋 Description

• Own the Sonar roadmap and build the infrastructure layers that make it core to how institutions and
• Write and maintain technical specifications, integration playbooks, and documentation for member
• Turn 314(b), GLBA, FCRA, and BSA constraints into product requirements, including purpose
• Partner with Engineering on the data and platform architecture that lets Sonar scale
• Work with fraud, AML, and investigations teams at member institutions to understand how analysts
• Define and track success metrics: member adoption, inquiry volume and response rates, time to

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payment networks, fintech
• Experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products, with fluency in authentication, scoped
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and the infrastructure that supports them
• Working knowledge of financial crime, including fraud, AML, and investigation workflows
• Experience building within regulatory constraints on data use. Familiarity with 314(b), GLBA, or
• Strong analytical skills and comfort querying data to inform decisions
