Technical Product Manager Staff

📋 Description

• Own the product backlog for a Scrum team with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering/AI to deliver Java microservices, Kafka pipelines, and agentic integrations.
• Collaborate with platform/infrastructure teams for seamless integrations and API alignment.
• Track success metrics and adoption; iterate rapidly based on data.
• Design and maintain intents, skills, and policy configurations for the agentic platform.
• Drive change management and adoption of new features and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in platform, data-driven, or AI-enabled products.
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering on technical products; read system designs, APIs, data models.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset; experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
