📋 Description

• Own the technical narrative for AI across Freshservice
• Author technical content: architecture explainers, deep-dive blogs, whitepapers, model and
• Enable the technical field including Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Customer Success
• Support customer and prospect conversations directly when technical depth is the deciding factor
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering across the lifecycle, translating technical
• Represent Freshworks externally at webinars, industry events, and through bylined technical writing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or technical customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
• Real fluency in modern AI systems: agent frameworks and orchestration, tool-calling and MCP
• Comfort working hands-on in product and demo environments: configure workflows, run prompts, probe
• Bias toward investigation; first move is to try something when uncertain
• Proven ability to write clearly and specifically for technical readers
• Credibility with engineers; can follow architecture reviews and ask the right questions
