Technical Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Run cross-team technical programs such as platform migrations, dependency removals, standardisation
• Break broad goals into sequenced plans with named owners.
• Find the right decision-makers when ownership is unclear, facilitate technical discussions
• Maintain a single, accurate view of each programme's phase, blockers, owners, and delivery dates.
• Raise conflicts between sources rather than smoothing them over.
• Produce concise, accurate status reporting that engineering leadership can act on.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in STEM or other quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical programme management, engineering operations, or
• Proven track record of delivering cross-team technical programmes in a multi-team organisation.
• Strong technical understanding of modern software systems, including services, deployments, queues
• Ability to read architecture diagrams, tech design documents, and ADRs, and judge whether they are
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with dashboards, APIs, and Jira.
