Technical Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own the Product Plan, driven from the Product roadmap, created by the Product Managers
• Create a prioritised backlog based on High Level product requirements
• Work closely with NICE Architects and Product Managers to clearly describe business goals and
• Assess and review technical documentation and ensure the development team create appropriate levels
• Support the Product Manager in development of user scenarios for technical users
• Work closely with R&D to: Explain the motivation and the customer needs behind a new

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline/STEM subject, preferably Computer Science or
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work
• Ability to understand technical solutions, experience of software development
• Ability to understand the big picture and translate it to detailed needs
• Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology organisation
• Communicating effectively at all levels, from executive management to individual contributor
