📋 Description

• Owns delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for Core Services.
• Turns VP-level direction into a prioritized backlog and incrementally shippable scope.
• Runs the feedback loop: discover → define → build → release → measure → iterate.
• Works with Engineering to ensure each increment delivers high value with clarity and quality.
• Review designs, tradeoffs, and their impact on timelines and system behavior.
• Leverages hands-on DevOps and public cloud experience to ensure correct implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in Platform/DevOps/SRE/Cloud roles.
• Strong product sense turning messy problems into clear value.
• Systems thinking for distributed systems and platform evolution.
• Prioritization balancing customer needs, constraints, and investments.
• Deep cloud fundamentals: IAM, networking, Kubernetes, cost.
• Coding ability to collaborate with engineers.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
