📋 Description

• Drive rapid delivery and iteration for Core Services.
• Turn VP-level direction into a clear backlog and priorities.
• Own discovery → define → build → release → measure → iterate.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, product, and platform teams.
• Apply hands-on DevOps and cloud discipline to ensure quality.
• Define success metrics and ensure learnings feed backlog.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in Platform/DevOps/SRE or cloud roles.
• Strong product sense turning messy problems into clear scope and value.
• Systems thinking about distributed systems and platform evolution.
• Prioritization balancing customer needs, constraints, and investments.
• Deep fluency in cloud fundamentals (IAM, networking, Kubernetes, observability).
• Coding experience is a plus for collaboration with engineers.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Bias for action and continuous improvement.
