📋 Description

• Own and manage product direction, aligning customer needs, business priorities, and engineering
• Backlog ownership: create user stories, prioritize, plan sprints, and refine with engineers.
• Define acceptance criteria and definitions of done for high-quality delivery.
• Advocate for customers and stakeholders to focus on high-value initiatives.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Coordinate release readiness with support, sales, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role with engineering teams.
• Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Technical fluency to collaborate on feasibility, tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing.
