Technical Program Associate or Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for new program launches, including scoping, requirements
• Partner with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure technical systems
• Debug and resolve issues across the technology stack, including recipient databases and offline
• Scope and manage cross-functional systems improvements that increase operational efficiency
• Analyze, structure, and interpret program data to generate actionable insights and support
• Ensure systems and workflows comply with data protection, privacy, and financial control standards.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as project management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong project management skills, including experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to extract, clean, manipulate, and interpret
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Intermediate proficiency in a programming or scripting language, ideally Python, to automate
