🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, product ops, or related engineering.
• Experience building AI agents or using LLM APIs to boost productivity.
• Proven track record managing planning cycles and OKRs for tech teams.
• Experience with Jira/Linear and Notion/Confluence, plus Slack/GSuite basics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex changes.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
