📋 Description

• Own delivery of our most complex customer deployments end-to-end
• Drive cross-functional programs for enterprise readiness
• Translate requirements into executable programs with GTM and Product
• Manage dependencies across parallel workstreams; surface blockers
• Improve operational excellence to scale with growth
• Ensure deployments ship on time with high quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years as a technical program manager or in product/engineering operations
• Experience delivering complex enterprise deployments
• Ability to drive programs without direct authority
• Structured, rigorous approach to ambiguity and blockers
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams; strong written/verbal communicator
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or conversational AI
