Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional technical programs across data governance and ML platforms.
• Drive end-to-end program execution across engineering and product.
• Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to align priorities.
• Enable standardized processes for data governance and platform modernization.
• Remove blockers, monitor progress, and provide updates to leadership.
• Foster collaboration across organizations to deliver scalable data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading complex technical programs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering systems.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience with data platforms, infrastructure, ML platforms, or developer productivity is a strong plus.
