Partner with CIO and leadership on transformation program strategy and delivery.
Build and run program governance for scalable growth.
Establish sprint cadence, story point estimation, DoD, milestones tracking.
Identify risks, blockers, and escalation paths across multi-team programs.
Drive structured program rollouts with defined scope and metrics.
Produce C-suite deliverables: status decks, OKR scorecards, narratives.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of technical program management experience.
2-4 years management consulting experience preferred.
PMO experience in multinational company across geographies.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
Proven track record delivering programs in enterprise tech (GTM/Finance/Data/AI).
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/PDLC.
