Lead planning and delivery of complex tech initiatives end-to-end.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, QA to align goals.
Facilitate planning activities including roadmap, sprint planning, estimation and releases.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery forecasts.
Identify, communicate and mitigate delivery risks with contingency plans.
Monitor progress and delivery health; adapt plans as priorities shift.

🎯 Requirements

Experience managing complex technical programs from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
Experience working with PMs, Engineers, Designers and QA in delivery.
Strong planning and organisational skills; manage multiple priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience identifying and managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
